Swamp Buggy country

I Know It's a fussy picture but this is a little shot of my patrol vehicle. I think we need to build 1 for the farm. Chevy 350, bad ass trany and geared so low I could pull a barn across the county. I'll try to get a picture of the buggy with out the good looking drive so as not to take from the vehicles looks.

That's nice and all, but when we build the one for the farm can we have a cab on it? That looks cold as shit in a snowstorm.

pYes we can made it inclosed but if we make it up right I don't think i'll know how to drive it. I only drive the sideways ones :-{

What he means is they are all sideways after he drives them.

My question is: how big of tire area is required to keep a vehicle on top of the mud under the cattail rushes? As experience has shown me, it is not fun to get stuck 200 yards from solid ground. I would also definitly vote for a cab, at least for the driver (me).

The thing about a swamp buggy is that it's very light in comparison to a tractor. So the real thick mud it just crawls through and in deep water some buggy float and have snorkels. Now I am, not saying that you can't get a buggy stuck I have already seen it happen. but when you do you need a bigger buggy or a tracked vehicle to get you out. So we may have to build 2 buggys.

Why don't we just get a helicopter?

Or a combine I understand that if you drive them right they are dual purpose. And with the right platform are good for birds and deer.
