I went to Walmart to day to purchase a "digital converter receiver for the TV sets up to the farm, as I have not been able to get the Dish system to line up on the satelite. Walmart said that they were only made for a few months, and are no longer available. The salesperson said to check pawn shops, garage sales, or maybe on Google or Craigs list. Can someone check around in their area? It would be nice to have a little network tv to augment our regular viewing of nothing but porno movies.
Remember, The application deadline is coming up soon for the next drawing of deer tags.

Yeah, I think the guy at your walmart is cuckoo... I have a brand new powered "digital antenna" that i can donate (I can't get a damn thing up there in the woods without a tower to get over the trees) but you'll still need a converter box.
I got the same answer from the Walmart in Yankton (yes I did go in but I made it out with out spending a sent). I have a Carl's in Yankton that I will check but then its off to the internet.
