A time waster for those of us who wish we were freezing our n*ts off hunting in SD rather than working...

Schedule
Hey I was wondering what is the schedule for the hunting season. When do you guys plan on the Kingsbury trip? And are any of you going to apply for a Jerald county application. All I know is that I am going to kill!!!! And kill some more!!!
I'll just reply to your email here. I think that Pat and I are planning on being in Kingsbury Monday night Nov. 19th real late. That will let us do some scouting on Tuesday. I'm not sure when Phil and Ryan will arrive. We are going to Tyndall Thursday morning for Thanksgiving dinner. I'll be headed back up to Kingsbury late Thursday night (probably). Pat, Phil, and Nelson need to stay in Tyndall through Friday afternoon for grandpa Clark's birthday party. We'll all be up there until some point on Sunday November 25th as far as I know. I think Pat and I are passing on January at Earl's this year to simplify our leftover tag situation. We'll just head back up to Kingsbury and fill the unfilled. We should probably send Earl a note with our best wishes.
I'll be hunting muzzleloader at times from just after Christmas until a week or so after the normal January season is over this year. I think Phil and Pat will be joining me for part of that. Muzzleloader is Dec 8th - Jan 30th and tags are statewide and have no deadlines or limits for buying. We may do some adventuring in Nelson's tin cabin. Anybody who has a muzzleloader is welcome to join us!
On second thought, we may get out to Jerauld for a bit of January with our muzzleloader tags if we run out of regular tags. Its not a long drive from De Smet.
CP, did you get a Kingsbury tag yet? If not, get on it. I know Roger has a plan about Jerauld tags, but since you have an aversion to Roger Copper's Chili you should just put in for Kingsbury and come with us.
I have applied for my tags, so they should be coming. I did Kingsbury for my drawing. I was waiting to see about Jerald. But I should have them for Kingsbury.
