- It is 4' x 6'.
- Sides and top have tin on the outside, insulation in the middle (the blue), and paneling on the inside.
- The windows on the ends slide up and down.
- The large windows on the sides swing in and can be hooked up out of the way.
- The door is in the floor
- Dad will add some trim around the windows and corners, as well as carpet the floor.
- Then it is simply a matter of getting the posts in the ground and setting this monster up on them :-)
- We haven't decided for sure where it should go. Any votes?

New deer blind progress
I was up at the farm this week. Dad and I worked on the deer blind that he had started. Here are some pictures of the progress.

This looks killer. I don't think it even needs the hot tub with all that insulation.
I am sure dad will bring his propane heater and I think a little bag hanging out the window should keep the beer plenty cold.
sweet.... i'll SLEEP in that bastard with the big buddy heater! I'd say put it about 75 yards from one of the food plots. keep in mind sun glare i.e. face it north or south.
Very Cool! I think Topher is right someone could sleep in that blind without a problem. but I think I'll stay in the house with the TV and BAR. If you don't repar or replace the south deer stand I think it should go there or by the north slough. How far is the shot from the burnt tree to the water.
Ok you stay inside, but I had actually planned on taking the keg of Fat Tire with me....
Merely a smiling visitant here to share the love (:, btw outstanding style. hunting blind
